Sprout.

A sprout is a symbol of will. In a small grain is concentrated a great desire for life, which is realized even under unfavorable conditions.

Sunflower seeds are a special symbol for Ukraine. Sunflower is the flower that fills the fields of Ukraine and grows in everyone's garden, it is something that is close to everyone - both in the form of seeds that are picked, and oil that is used to season dishes.

During the war, sunflower seeds gained additional meaning after a woman advised the occupiers to carry sunflower seeds in their pockets so that they would have something left after they died.

Therefore, this gives the sunflower seed additional symbolism of mercy, love, acceptance and rebirth.

Haiku (poetry).

Every day during the war I write poems.
This is my war diary.

In short three-line poems, my experiences and realizations for each lived day are conveyed.
